I was sent two faulty refurbished phones which was a little frustrating but mobiles were incredibly helpful and immediately offered me a brand new handset as compensation for the trouble after the second one. I have only ever had a great experience with mobiles and will come back. Even though my recent transaction was a little bit of a faff, they were preofessional and helpful in rectifying the situation.
