I chose to upgrade my contract through this site, mainly because the contracts were cheaper than going through my network, when my phone arrived I called my network to confirm my contract had been upgraded, it hadn't, I had 2 contracts! I had to cancel my old contract myself. I would advise anyone to thoroughly check before using a comparison site. The phone I bought is great and the free gift arrived promptly.
