The purchase was great but when my new iphone6 arrived I spent hours trying to set it up and it wouldn't work. I ended up going into the Vodafone shop and found out the phone was locked to the wrong supplier (not Vodafone) so I had to send it back. The courier picked it up, then delivered another a new one a few days later. I got the phone set up easily, my number was ported across from 02 in three days and then my phone was really to use, a month after I originally ordered it. Vodafone didn't charge me for the first month's usage as my original phone wasn't actually working then which was good. So, mobiles.co.uk is great value, when everything goes to plan it is definitely worth doing, but I had problems with my original phone as it was locked to the wrong carrier.
