I needed a new phone for a friend as her died and could not be turned on at all! The catch is, she was working and leaving on vacation the next day! I have bought 4 phones from Mobil tech when it was on Corydon Ave in Wpg, and didn't know they moved, as I have not been there in over a year since I bought my last phone, until I went to pick up hers. When I called, they apologized for not telling me there were in St Vital. I had no time to drive there and my friends phone is for business/personal. Zac saved the day and offered to drive the phone to her place of business so I could meet him there. Zac-Thank You for your magnificent customer service! I have been a mgr. of customer service for over 25 yrs and you have WOWED me! Someone give him a raise please-you do not want to lose valued employees! Zac is polite and helpful and I can't say enough about him. Thank you again!
