“Excellent service at the Thompson, Manitoba location! I went to two other shops - including Apple - to get my phone fixed and both places misdiagnosed the issue and quoted me $300+. Mobile Tech Lab correctly diagnosed it and fixed it within a day for under $90. I will ALWAYS go to them for my phone needs. Outstanding service!”

“After this, I’ve never taken my phone here again. They promised me it’ll be done today. I brought it yesterday late afternoon now I called twice just to check up. The guy said we have your number will call you well that’s not the way you treat a customer at least give them a heads up. They don’t know even getting the part today and he says till seven that don’t help me doesn’t guarantee the parts gonna be there. I need my phone. And this is a refurbished phone I bought from the store.”
