I was really surprised at how quick and straightforward the service was. My Samsung Galaxy S9 was locked to Vodafone, and within an hour, it was completely unlocked! The instructions were so simple to follow, even for someone like me who's not tech-savvy. I can't recommend this service enough - worth every penny!
