“The service works but I do not like how the cost is hidden. The great sale price £14.99 is for elegibilty checks only then another £30 for unlock. The comms is great and as I say the service works and works well but why try hide the cost guys??

To clarify: the £14.99 you paid was for the Eligibility Check and the additional £30 was for the Standard Unlock. As our Terms explain, “Pre-orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order.” Also please note that “Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable.”
Your order status is Unlock Complete and your unlock code is 3707292419394618. To finish: “Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions.” If your phone doesn’t prompt for a code, we’ll need to move to a Remote USB unlock — as the Terms say, “Android phones which don't ask for a code, will be refunded in the form of a Credit Note... to be used against a Remote USB unlock, if that service is available.”
