“My friend gave me a phone that was locked to dish wireless, no where could help me for a reasonable price so I went online. I found mobileunlocks and at first you are charged to see if you are eligible and once you pass they charge you 50 for the unlock code it says an estimated time of 24 hrs but if you reach out to them they can give you a more accurate time frame their customer service is so helpful and respectful and responsive they responded back to me immediately with all the questions and concerns and within 3 days I received and emailed with instructions on how to use the code I followed them and instantly the phone worked with my TMobile sim all from the comfort of my home 100% recommended. They are completely open about the fees, charges, and process.”

“Easy to use and worked just fine. It would be more professional if they were fully transparent about the cost to unlock up-front, as they do not clearly advisterise that the first payment is only a pre-payment and not the full amount to unloick. That said, the second payment request is is mentioned/hidden in their T&Cs.”

The phone was unlocked and is working great! It took about 9 days, but they kept me updated and responded to any queries I had straight away.
