I was skeptical about using an online service but I thought I'd give mobileunlocks a try. Upon first check they made me aware the phone was locked to a different network and changed it free of charge to the correct service. Once the eligibility checks were passed and I payed for the unlock code I was unsure as the loading sign kept refreshing but when I woke up and checked my email the code was sat waiting for me.
