The process was so easy and faster than expected! I really liked how they keep you updated during the process by letting you know which acts have been completed and which are still waiting to be reviewed. This gives you a timeframe of when your device will be unlocked and ready to use! I didn’t have any issues unlocking my phone and the step by step process was easy to understand.
