It was a very quick process. I thought I would need to send my phone off in order to get it unlocked but it was done within minutes and cheaper than I have been quoted in local businesses. I am moving from Ireland to the UK so needed to get it unlocked to use a UK sim and I was so impressed by how straight forward it was.
