Very appropriate the BIG help from the team. Am impressed with how these guys handle this complicated matter. I would say please trust these guys. I am about to move back to my country and this iPhone I got needs to be unlocked it takes patience to wait for the process since the phone is indeed locked to the carrier. I later found out this phone was almost a year out contract and whatever history about this phone it has finally unlock.
