I found the unlock experience very slow and whilst the communication kept me up to date with a 99% unlock for almost 3 weeks without any reasons, I am finally pleased to say the unlock has been successfully restored which is good news
Good points are the support response. Bad points were the speed of unlock and repetitive excuses for a slow unlock which I started to think was a scam.
Anyway my confidence has been restored and my phone is unlocked. Well done Mobile Unlocks
