I'm not very tech minded, but this did not prevent me from completing an unlock on my phone. Although I must say, it was the easy to follow instructions given by the good people at MobileUnlocks.
After the pre unlock checks were made and my provider was contacted the process was completed quickly. Trustworthy company I would use again.
