Very disappointed that when we ordered our walk in shower we were informed that they Do not do toilets by the salesman, then when we had all the trouble of ordering
A replacement toilet we saw your advert offering a special offer toilet fitted for £100.00 which was most unfair.
Also we had problems
with 0ur bathroom flooding as we were not given any guide
As to how to look After our shower etc.
No communication whatsoever and the telephone adviser was very condescending.
And talked over us.
