“MISS SOLD FROM THE START. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD HAVE A SHOWER TRAY MANAFACTURED TO 1750 X 700 TO FIT OUR BATHROOM. WHEN FITTER HAD GONE WE REALISED HE HAD CUT 5CM OFF TO FIT.THE TOILET UNIT WAS TO BIG AND HAD TO BE CUT BACK.HOLE IN ONE OF THE PANNELS WHICH HAS BEEN FILLED IN WITH SILICONE SOAP TRAY TWO SCREWS MISSING KEEPS TILLTING FALWARD.NOT HAPPY WITH SHEETIG GAPS IN THEM PLUMBING ON RADIATOR VERY POOR WHEN SPOKE TO AREA MANEGER MATT AFTER DISCUSING PROBLEM WITH TRAY ALL HE COULD OFFER WAS OFFER WAS TO PULL OFF THE YOB AND LEAVE US WITHOUT A BATHROOM LEFT IN THAT POSITION WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO LET THE FITTER CARRY ON .THEN KEVIN CAME OUT TOOK PHOTOS WHEN ASKED IF IT WAS ACCEPTABLE HE SAID NO.HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING SINCE.I AM DISABLED AND CHOSED YOU COMPANY BECAUSE YOU DEAL WITH PERSONAL NEEDS.”
“I ordered a scooter on the 30th April and waited patiently for delivery. On the 30th April they told me they had no stock and would not be getting one in. They offered me an alternative for delivery. After chasing this for a further 22 days they did not have any stock and had delivery problems from the manufacturer. On the 22 May they offered me another model for immediate delivery. No mention of stock issues when I ordered the scooter. My main complaint is really poor customer service, you cannot phone them as they use a call centre handling system and they are poor at getting back. So is this a scam company? In the meantime I have a severely disabled father-in law without a scooter for over 30 days so far. Be wary of ordering anything from this company. Yesterday they promised an update this morning - yes you know the answer - no update - my advice would be to check if the item is in stock but sorry you have to go through the call centre and guess what you may be waiting for a reply”
“Mobility Plus was a great place to find a scooter to fit my husbands needs! A Merit SP4 Roadster 4 will sure beat pushing a wheel chair! All our questions were answered and he even got to take three scooters out on the sidewalk to try out! We were shown how they are disassembled for me to check the weight of each part for loading into the car! These service was great, and very friendly with a smile!”
“I had a complete new bathroom fitted by you a few months ago and I'm extremely pleased with the result. I now have a walk in shower instead of a bath and all new appliances. Everything is high quality and is a great improvement on my old bathroom. I have showed it to my friends and relatives and they are all very impressed.”

A replacement toilet we saw your advert offering a special offer toilet fitted for £100.00 which was most unfair.
Also we had problems
with 0ur bathroom flooding as we were not given any guide

No communication whatsoever and the telephone adviser was very condescending.

“This company is advertising the ew02 bariatric collapsible scooter made by e Wheels. This model has been discontinued for a year and a half. In the app it says they have it in stock so I ordered it they took my money $2,500 and do not have the product. I've been fighting for 2 days to get them to give me my money back. I'm being refused to be able to speak to a boss speaking to some lady on the phone that says she has no authority to put my money back into my account. How can a business not have a supervisor on duty that can refund money that was illegally taken out of my bank account? They are illegally promoting a product that they do not have in stock which is illegal. My money is still not been refunded back to me $2,499”
“A five year old could have done a better job of fitting this bathroom. I cant believe the amount charged.
Calling them back several times. The sink is not even attached to the wall.

“Do not use this company everything from survey and fit was appalling, a 3 day installation took 8, it was such a bad job it had to be completely refitted, another 5 days. My 85 yr old mother had to move out of the property Customer service was disgusting, difficult to actually speak to anyone No compensation offered. 90% of the bathroom was paid for upfront. I feel they prey on the elderly. I asked for a breakdown of costs and was refused this. Just the worst company ever. Dr Hilary Jones backs this company, surely he must be unaware of how incapable the complete team are, as I am convinced he would not put his name to such a cowboy outfit.”
“All started well with sales rep.he did a thorough job & explained well.then we got down to the nitty gritty, talking figures.started off at one price then got price down by taking off vat.then got price down again & again.despite us staying in the beginning we didn't want hard sell,THIS DEFINATELY WAS VERY HARD SELL.My partner walked out in the end as he'd had enough.but the rep still wouldn't take no for an answer.stayed another 40 mins so trying to bully me into a sale despite me saying no numerous times.of course he bad mouthed all other companies etc. (Including 2 which belonged to the same chain as his).when he finally did go he left me a complete mess & in tears & a hugemigraine!!!WOULD DEFINATLEY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST .ESPECIALLY AFTER THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAD WITH SALESMAN & HAVING SINCE READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY.SO SO GLAD WE DECIDED NOT GO AHEAD WITH FITTING.AVOID LIKE HELL!!!!”
