Purchased one of their backup chargers, via Ryanair in flight store, which became faulty after a few months. I emailed them 4 times, one of which I think was to the CEO, and did not receive one reply. Eventually Ryanair refunded my money themselves. Not advisable to buy any of Mobi Mountain products as they don't appear to be interested in after sales service!!!!
