“Disgraceful after service I bought 2 backup chargers in June 19 however both appeared faulty so I email 7 times and went onto there ask a question page with not a single response I then sent a letter to there London address of which I heard nothing fortunately I found out the problem as the small adapter that fits in ...I bought 3 for £2.98 off eBay ....so why couldn’t the company I purchased them from and contacted in all 9 times within there 30 day returns policy bother to answer !!!! Never purchase from this company I would even give it a 1 star 😤”
“Purchased one of their backup chargers, via Ryanair in flight store, which became faulty after a few months. I emailed them 4 times, one of which I think was to the CEO, and did not receive one reply. Eventually Ryanair refunded my money themselves. Not advisable to buy any of Mobi Mountain products as they don't appear to be interested in after sales service!!!!”
