Disgraceful after service I bought 2 backup chargers in June 19 however both appeared faulty so I email 7 times and went onto there ask a question page with not a single response I then sent a letter to there London address of which I heard nothing fortunately I found out the problem as the small adapter that fits in ...I bought 3 for £2.98 off eBay ....so why couldn’t the company I purchased them from and contacted in all 9 times within there 30 day returns policy bother to answer !!!! Never purchase from this company I would even give it a 1 star 😤
