Great product, the shipping does take a while but that's unavoidable considering it has to go through customs from several continents away!
Other than that I'm satisfied with the product and the customer service was pretty good, they are quick to reply and do what they can to help! It's not always a situation they can address if it's stuck at customs or something but they will replace it free if you don't receive it!
