“Fast as 💩 literally had it within 9 days where other places I've found have taken 25+ to arrive. Maybe it's due to so much less coming in customs with the whole tarrif situation. However, I'm please regardless. These help so much with overnight shift work. Thanks again!”

“I am a regular customer but this last order is leaving me frustrated. I placed order on April 17th the pay went through and got confirmation, but as of today the 27th they still have not shipped my order. This was a us domestic order and while it's usually longer than 3-4 days typically it goes smooth. I have repeatedly inquired with customer service got one response back several days ago saying they would get back to me ASAP and still to this day I haven't received any other responses. I have submitted multiple tickets and tried going start through email, but still radio silence. I hope this gets made right so I can revise the review but so far I'm just frustrated. I paid a lot for it to already be here. Hopefully they fix the problem and do right by there loyal customers. We will see.”

“I am reoccurring customer and not liking the way this whole ordeal took place. As a few others have mentioned I paid for the 3-4 day shipping on April 17 and as of today April 26 I have received zero shipping info. At first customer service was responsive however as of the last couple of days they have gone silent. Starting to get a bad feeling. Please resolve this issue immediately and keep a long term customer.”

However that time has passed and no tracking number has been assigned. “I ordered April 6th and as of today I haven't received confirmation of the product being shipped. I have sent to emails to customer service without any replies.
