I am reoccurring customer and not liking the way this whole ordeal took place. As a few others have mentioned I paid for the 3-4 day shipping on April 17 and as of today April 26 I have received zero shipping info. At first customer service was responsive however as of the last couple of days they have gone silent. Starting to get a bad feeling. Please resolve this issue immediately and keep a long term customer.
