I am a regular customer but this last order is leaving me frustrated. I placed order on April 17th the pay went through and got confirmation, but as of today the 27th they still have not shipped my order. This was a us domestic order and while it's usually longer than 3-4 days typically it goes smooth. I have repeatedly inquired with customer service got one response back several days ago saying they would get back to me ASAP and still to this day I haven't received any other responses. I have submitted multiple tickets and tried going start through email, but still radio silence. I hope this gets made right so I can revise the review but so far I'm just frustrated. I paid a lot for it to already be here. Hopefully they fix the problem and do right by there loyal customers. We will see.
