I received a letter from U.S. Customs that my package was seized due to containing controlled substances. I contacted customer service and they offered to re-ship, but I declined because it's just going to get confiscated again. Then they offered me store credit. I responded with a question and now they've stopped responding to me. So no package and no refund and now no customer support.
