“Been a customer since 2019. Never had an issue with shipping or product quality. Shipping can take some time, but that's understandable considering the distance it needs to travel. Best to order a month before you need a refill, you'll still have some left before they arrive. As far as customer service, I had never felt the need to reach out. Overall, I've been rather satisfied with my experiences here”

“Recommended seller - the product arrived on time (delivery to Australia) and worked well. I hadn't tried the Modvigil brand before and had only used Modalert before, but I found it worked just as well. For me, the effects lasted for the same amount of time, kicked in just as quickly and were just as potent, so will probably order this brand again given that the price per bill is lower - it's good value.”

“I can't praise the Moda people enough. International delivery seems to be a seriously difficult -- the bureaucacies,complex plane links, hostile customs -- and the staff somehow get it through. My own country has a famously mean and petty bureaucracy. I've been here for several years and while sometimes there's a bad one, like a confiscated order at customs, they patiently help you. Then I get one like my latest, which went from order to front door in four days! They're great. I think we should bear in mind that if orders seem slow and and late, and even paying can be weird, it's because the whole thing is complicated.”

“Almost non existing customer support. Each time I make purchase I take a gamble on whether my package will be just late, not shipped, or end up in another state. Half my emails get ignored, the other half are met with automated responses. My recent package hasn’t even been shipped in over 2 weeks, and as usual my concerns or questions are ignored. Last time I was here I was asked if my bad review could be improved after a month of being ignored, and I guess nothing has changed with the store.”
