“Daniel Santos, who is apparently the owner, refuses to send product that I had ordered over a month ago. After reaching out about their 30-day policy, he closed the ticket (ghosted) without honoring their refund or free re-ship policy. They used to be polite, legit, have excellent logistics and shipment time, and it’s sad to say they’ve turned dark and are in the business of taking people’s money. After checking the tracker, the product still hasn’t been shipped at all. It’s not that delivery was late, they haven’t shipped it after over a month. Their response was incredibly rude but have now ghosted me. I was polite and forgiving. Never thought I’d see them turn into scammers but they are. The only thing that will correct this is if people stop buying from them.”

“Has been 15 days since I placed my order and still haven’t gotten anything in the mail yet. Order was placed Aug 28th . It is September 13th . I have tracking number but just keeps saying it’s still in Dubai .”
