“Trying to reach the customer service or help center only results in more questions. The constant automated copy and paste responses are frustrating and never address the problem at hand. Delays with shipment where they say it has been shipped but the postal office has no idea about the shipment. Overall very frustrating experience trying to constantly haul them for some assistance.”

“This website has gone downhill and I would be wary to purchase. I've ordered for years but this last order contained incorrect product. Although Daniel always responds quickly, they are unwilling to make this last ship correct, he just continues to tell me they are investigating and now have gone dark. Really sad as they used to be a trusted site.”
