“Still No Shipment After 3 Weeks — Support Ignores Customer Completely. I placed an order (Order #447160M) over three weeks ago and it still has not shipped. No tracking information, no status update, nothing. I contacted customer support more than a week ago and have received zero response, not even an automated acknowledgment. For a company selling pharmaceutical products, this level of silence is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this site based on my experience.”

“Daniel Santos, who is apparently the owner, refuses to send product that I had ordered over a month ago. After reaching out about their 30-day policy, he closed the ticket (ghosted) without honoring their refund or free re-ship policy. They used to be polite, legit, have excellent logistics and shipment time, and it’s sad to say they’ve turned dark and are in the business of taking people’s money. After checking the tracker, the product still hasn’t been shipped at all. It’s not that delivery was late, they haven’t shipped it after over a month. Their response was incredibly rude but have now ghosted me. I was polite and forgiving. Never thought I’d see them turn into scammers but they are. The only thing that will correct this is if people stop buying from them.”
