“I use this product sparingly only because I am blessed not to need it daily. However, if you have struggled with sleep and are exhausted and need a boost for focus and real energy, the product outperforms most. Be prepared for a lag in shipping, but as stipulated, it is unavoidable. This is a stand-up company that is customer service-oriented and makes every effort to make shipping mishaps palatable. I highly recommend them!”

“Not sure if there’s been changes recently, but they have been slacking in terms of communication and willingness to fix their mistakes. They used to have fast response times, fast delivery times, and accurate tracking. None of that is true anymore. It’s sad to see. My order prices used to be higher but due to the uncertainty, I’ve cut it in half. Great customer service and smooth process goes along way. Whatever corners they might be cutting can’t be worth losing customers or total purchase price decreasing.”

“I am a long time customer but I ordered on March 28,2025 and have contacted Daniel 3 times as there is no tracking ANYWHERE as usual I received the paste and copy reply of “ we are looking into this and you need to do nothing “ and that was 2 weeks ago still No Reply! I have been using this company for years and they have always been slow but this is really heart sickening!! A simple reply and maybe another package sent since apparently the original one never was. Very disappointed!”

“Unfortunately this time I had bad experience. Originally my order was placed on 9th of March and sent on 13th of March. They sent wrong quantity, there was missing a lot of tablets. I did contact support and explained politely that order was short and sent photos showing that box which it was packed into was even to small to fit ordered quantity. There was no problem, They said sorry, we will ship missing quantity in another parcel. On 30th of March I've got email saying that my order was shipped, and 14th of April I've got another email asking for a feedback for my recent purchase of 200 tablets. As nothing arrived and tracking number They provided, still showing nothing (today 16 of April), I did click link in the email stating I did not receive my order. As an answer I've got email from support saying that according to tracking number I did receive my parcel on 25th March. So They claim they sent another order with 200 tablets on 30th of March, probably linked to old order number and I did receive it on 25th of March?. I don't like that kind of situations. I feel bad.”
