Haven't received my shipping confirmation despite confirming Zelle payment 4+ days ago. Will change if I somehow get the package but its seeming unlikely. My order # is: 631270 Was able to find the tracking number myself but didn't get an email for it, it says label created but hasn't actually been shipped yet so we'll see If it does come it definitely wasn't "Domestic shipping" nor will it make it in 7-12 days

I placed a LARGE order..approx 400 usd on Feb2. Today is MArch 9th and NO MODA. It was not even shipped until Feb 24!! My pack was sent from the worst postal system in the universe, FRANCE!! My pack is stuck/lost in freaking JAPAN!! I live in Fort Lauderdale. Where is my stuff? Repeated requests from the Zen DESK get me only automated computer replies. RE-SHIP MY LOST PACK NOW!!!! And don't do it from freaking FRANCE!!!! Revision: They FINALLY reshipped. Not really. Label created only. Five days later, no product has been submitted for reshipment yet. THE FIRST TIME IT was two weeks AFTER the label was created that the product was actually submitted. That pack finally was sent back to origin France from Japan where it seems in limbo. I will update this review when I actually get the reshipment(s). They did take my advice and split my very large order into two shipments( I have two tracking numbers now) which are supposed to be staggered by at least five days. Time will tell. I promise to update again as more info becomes available.

I paid so much more to get the fast shipping within the US. I haven't heard anything about my tracking number. I would have never paid that much if I knew I couldn't get them in 3 to 4 business days like it says.

Been ordering from these guys for a year or more. I am used to delayed shipping times, even on domestic product. however, my most recent order was placed the first week of January. It is now the second week of February and so far, I have tracked my package to a delivery address in Jackson Lake, TX. As I don’t live in the state of Texas, I contacted USPS, who confirmed the delivery address on the package. Since all of this has happened, I have gotten several emails telling me that I will receive my shipping number in the next day or two. It has been almost 20 “days or two” and still NOTHING. The A.I. bot they named “Daniel Santos” is useless. Either this is now a scam, or the company is in trouble/gone under.

My initial order was good,arrived in 12 days and was discreet and whole. My second order was placed domestic,bc I wanted it sooner. It took 5 days just to process,then another 7 days to arrive to my door. I was upset,obviously and promised 30 extra pills on my next order. I placed my 3rd order on the 10th of November,express mail since I wasn't going to waste my money again. I couldn't get the 30 free pills I was promised when placing my order,so I doubt it'll be in my package. It still hasn't arrived. It took 4 days to process and then they told me it was shipped,yet it sat in Signapore for over a week, then I have no idea from there. It's now in New York....so finally in the U.S. YAY!! ALTHOUGH, I am sure it'll be at least another week or more befor I ever get it. So now they are offering me 30 free pills again for my review.. lmao. Daniel was kinda rude to me at first,but as our correspondence continued....he tried to be as helpful as possible. The only good thing I can say is they always arrived.... and they weren't ever damaged.

This was my 2nd order with them,and the first one went very smoothly. I paid for express shipping and it arrived in about 10 days. Unfortunately,my 2nd order was domestic with priority mail shipping I paid for,however it took 5 days for them to process my order,then another 7 days after it was shipped. So I wasted a lot on shipping,just for it to take longer than express shipping. My order was correct when it arrived,at least. Wanted to go ahead and place next order,but not sure what shipping to pay for now

Product is ok, but they lie about shipping time. Ive ordered from them several times now and every time its the same. They advertise 7 day shipping to the USA, when it's really more like 3-4 weeks. They take a week just to process your order! I ordered on 8/2, and today (8/14) i got an email informing me my order is in transit, is currently in dubai, and will be here in 10-18 days! When you ask customer service about it, they just say that the delay is unavoidable, with no further explanation. But it happens EVERY TIME, so it's not a "delay", its the standard procedure, and they know this perfectly well. I'm certain that all of the reviews that say the shipping was fast are fake reviews made by paid reviewers living in the Phillipines or india.

My long and, mostly, wonderful experience with ModafinilXL has come to an end. I have spent approximately $2000 over 5 orders, but this time around a large part of the order did not arrive. ModafinilXL did not take any action. This is a shame, as the service was great to this point. I shall be switching to another provider.

I have purchased here before and it was great! The only issue was the stated vs. actual delivery times. I bought the expensive 3-5 days and I think it came 14 days later. However this second purchase the tracking said one day it was in the UK and then a week later it said it was just leaving India and then there were no more updates so wasn't sure if it had been lost. I chose the 7-12 days this time because I didn't want to pay for the expensive option that doesn't deliver on time - but it came a very long 30 days later. Not the end of the world but with the recent "bundle" I got, I got 6 different types of brands and I've tried two of them but I can't really feel the effect. E.g. I have taken 3 times my dosage and I still feel fine? I am used to Modalert and was expecting those, but I got something else instead. I think the two stars I did give were for the fact that they seem to always deliver in the end and the fact that this is a big running business and their customer service is top notch. I like the company, just very disappointed with my last order in terms of delivery and some comparatively ineffective pills. However, in the end it is a reliable site so would recommend over any other website.
