After reading the reviews here recently, I’m definitely worried about my order, which was incredibly expensive. It’s been a week since I ordered and no tracking or anything. Very disappointed and frustrated. This is US to US so it really shouldn’t an issue.

I am a long time customer but I ordered on March 28,2025 and have contacted Daniel 3 times as there is no tracking ANYWHERE as usual I received the paste and copy reply of “ we are looking into this and you need to do nothing “ and that was 2 weeks ago still No Reply! I have been using this company for years and they have always been slow but this is really heart sickening!! A simple reply and maybe another package sent since apparently the original one never was. Very disappointed!

I like the armodaxl and now it’s unavailable which is sad. Replacement isn’t my favorite - armodafinil 250. Modaxl is great though! The company however is absolutely amazing and I trust them so I keep trying and buying more. It doesn’t deter me from that but just an observation. Could be a manufacturer issue, who knows.

I've said this before but I have to much going on in life to deal with this.... this is my last order, I would cancel it if I could and request my money back!! I placed my order 2/11, it's now 2/16.... no shipping, no update. And so by time they ship, it will be another 5 days.. So US domestic order that says 3-4 days is going on 2 weeks. This is becoming more and more frequent. I spend so much money on domestic orders and this is happening majority of the time now. My order # 394246M

i have made 2 orders with them. 1st order was okey and mxl pills worked good to expectactions. The 2nd order pills had bad taste and odour and did not help me at all. I could take the pill in the morning at 7 before going to class and by 10am am dozing off (feeling sleepy). This same order took long to be delivered, and again i had to go pick it up in post office yet i had given them my postal address.I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SECOND ORDER AT ALL.

Although delivery and processing is always quite slow, I allow for this by ordering in advance so I never run out. It was very frustrating when my most recent purchase was stopped by customs once again and I when I contacted customer support to get a re-shipment I was told 3 times to wait a few more days to see if it would be delivered.

I'm very frustrated because I spent three hundred dollars to use the u s store for faster shipping and five days later.It has not even been shipped to usps. Why are you falsely advertising this 3 to 4 day delivery After ordering? I've always used this company, but I'm starting to feel a bad feeling. As when I try to contact support, they respond word for word.Almost like a bot. I'm not feeling comfortable ordering from the u s store anymore, because I have narcolepsy, and will not be able to get my medication in time. Honestly, my package all the way from India is moving faster than your usps domestic store, so why are you charging triple the amount for faster shipping domestically? It seems kind of greedy, and false promise.

Exact same reply as my review from the other day. All I get are bot replies. Its been 2 and a half weeks with nothing to show my package has shipped! I ask for a more specified answer from a human and get nothing.

Well here we are again. No updates at all. 17 days now and my package, if its there, just says "scanned at depot in Singapore" via some unheard of line haul service website. I looked up other tracking numbers on here with the same suffix and their order sat in Singapore for 1-2 days!!! I swear, despite what the copy and paste emails say, I bet it hasnt even left yet. It is so easy to generate a tracking number. I keep getting the run around. It takes me having to send upto 5 emails to get a response that seems to just be a bot anyway. When I typed "human" like it says in the message, I get just the same old email to "keep waiting" and "we promise your order has been shipped" and "yes your order has been poorly tracked BUT..." Seems only by coming on here and complaining do they respond but their response on here the other day didnt tell me anything. I had given them good reviews in the past but this is unfair to your customer base. You have provided 0 proof that my package is on the way. It seems this happens quite alot. Please ship my order #363514M. And please don't be saying people's names in your respones. They may not appreciate it. I have heard you guys USED to be the goto place for Modafinil products. Now I'm hearing more and more responses like my own sadly. I await a copy and paste response...

Order 363514M Here, So I placed my second order on May 30th. It is now April 11th and all I have is a tracking number that shows up nowhere except some sketchy tracking website and even there all it says is Order Printed. I have been going back and forth in email with what I gather is a bot. I pleaded to them to have an actual person answer me. I am so sick of the "Please remember that your package is coming from the other side of the planet" copy and paste. I was scammed into leaving two reviews of my first experience (which although a little late it was not bad; about 2.5 weeks) in order to get a discount. Well guess what? They encourage you to pay with bitcoin but you cannot use the discount codes with that payment method. I THINK I may have gotten a response from a human once but it was just as vague as the bot. I think what's going on here guys is that they wait until enough product is ordered for a certain area before they mail them off because it costs them money. So you may catch an almost full quota to be shipped tomorrow, or, you could wait weeks until it's worth it for them. I am so annoyed right now that nothing gets done until you come on here and complain it seems. It's sad that I have to do that. Im awaiting another copy and paste response...

Tracking number still not alive nor updated after several days. (My order is MXL Order #361894M) Basically, I purchased super fast delivery for a hefty sum and it has been several days and still the tracking number has not been alive / in updated. This is the second time where I have paid for this super fast shipping where I have not received my order anywhere approaching super fast. I contacted them last week and was told to wait a little longer… but Monday of the new has just arrived and still no update!

Postage to Australia was without any problems. I ordered around 500 of the Modvigil-200 spit between a friend. We both feel like they aren't as strong nor last as long as a previous order or a proper prescription. At $1.29 AUD per pill plus an extra fee to use PayPal they aren't worth the money. Without crypto, PayPal was the only option. From previous orders I get a good 10-12 hours of alertness, I get maybe 7 hours from these and the effect is maybe half as strong. I have to stack it to actually get a noticeable difference.

Haven't received my shipping confirmation despite confirming Zelle payment 4+ days ago. Will change if I somehow get the package but its seeming unlikely. My order # is: 631270 Was able to find the tracking number myself but didn't get an email for it, it says label created but hasn't actually been shipped yet so we'll see If it does come it definitely wasn't "Domestic shipping" nor will it make it in 7-12 days

I paid so much more to get the fast shipping within the US. I haven't heard anything about my tracking number. I would have never paid that much if I knew I couldn't get them in 3 to 4 business days like it says.

Been ordering from these guys for a year or more. I am used to delayed shipping times, even on domestic product. however, my most recent order was placed the first week of January. It is now the second week of February and so far, I have tracked my package to a delivery address in Jackson Lake, TX. As I don’t live in the state of Texas, I contacted USPS, who confirmed the delivery address on the package. Since all of this has happened, I have gotten several emails telling me that I will receive my shipping number in the next day or two. It has been almost 20 “days or two” and still NOTHING. The A.I. bot they named “Daniel Santos” is useless. Either this is now a scam, or the company is in trouble/gone under.

My initial order was good,arrived in 12 days and was discreet and whole. My second order was placed domestic,bc I wanted it sooner. It took 5 days just to process,then another 7 days to arrive to my door. I was upset,obviously and promised 30 extra pills on my next order. I placed my 3rd order on the 10th of November,express mail since I wasn't going to waste my money again. I couldn't get the 30 free pills I was promised when placing my order,so I doubt it'll be in my package. It still hasn't arrived. It took 4 days to process and then they told me it was shipped,yet it sat in Signapore for over a week, then I have no idea from there. It's now in New York....so finally in the U.S. YAY!! ALTHOUGH, I am sure it'll be at least another week or more befor I ever get it. So now they are offering me 30 free pills again for my review.. lmao. Daniel was kinda rude to me at first,but as our correspondence continued....he tried to be as helpful as possible. The only good thing I can say is they always arrived.... and they weren't ever damaged.

This was my 2nd order with them,and the first one went very smoothly. I paid for express shipping and it arrived in about 10 days. Unfortunately,my 2nd order was domestic with priority mail shipping I paid for,however it took 5 days for them to process my order,then another 7 days after it was shipped. So I wasted a lot on shipping,just for it to take longer than express shipping. My order was correct when it arrived,at least. Wanted to go ahead and place next order,but not sure what shipping to pay for now

Product is ok, but they lie about shipping time. Ive ordered from them several times now and every time its the same. They advertise 7 day shipping to the USA, when it's really more like 3-4 weeks. They take a week just to process your order! I ordered on 8/2, and today (8/14) i got an email informing me my order is in transit, is currently in dubai, and will be here in 10-18 days! When you ask customer service about it, they just say that the delay is unavoidable, with no further explanation. But it happens EVERY TIME, so it's not a "delay", its the standard procedure, and they know this perfectly well. I'm certain that all of the reviews that say the shipping was fast are fake reviews made by paid reviewers living in the Phillipines or india.
