My product finally arrived after 20 days, despite placing a US-to-US order that, according to the company’s website, should have taken only 3–4 business days. As a long-time customer, I know that a 20–30 day wait is typical for overseas orders, which are also almost three times cheaper than US-to-US shipping. What truly frustrated me was receiving a message just two days after placing my order stating that my package had shipped, yet I did not receive a tracking number until 13 days later. All the company needed to do was be transparent and explain if there were unforeseen circumstances. Instead, I received no response until I began posting negative reviews. That said, I want to be fair in my assessment. This company has always delivered a quality product, and I have been ordering from them for seven years. They also provided me with a $150 credit toward my next order. Additionally, when I’ve ordered from overseas in the past and a package was confiscated, they have always sent a replacement without issue. Perhaps the delays with my last two US-to-US orders were due to supply chain issues, but clearer communication would have made a big difference. Overall, after seven years of experience, I still consider them a reputable company that stands behind their products.

I have ordered many times. Most recently I ordered US-US like usual and after 9 days of waiting still have not received a tracking # or shipment confirmation. I have also noticed that customer service is less responsive than in the past. I have sent a couple e-mails hoping for shipping confirmation but haven’t received a reply back. I am reluctant to give these guys a 3 stars because in the past they have been 5 stars and that’s on over 5+ orders. Product has always been great and as advertised with something extra added as a thank you.

Not sure if there’s been changes recently, but they have been slacking in terms of communication and willingness to fix their mistakes. They used to have fast response times, fast delivery times, and accurate tracking. None of that is true anymore. It’s sad to see. My order prices used to be higher but due to the uncertainty, I’ve cut it in half. Great customer service and smooth process goes along way. Whatever corners they might be cutting can’t be worth losing customers or total purchase price decreasing.

I just received my large order that was originally placed on Oct 13,2024 and needed to be resent. Product is quality. My best advice to future customers is to order a month before you actually need it. And, apparently if yours is a large order you will need to be home to sign for the package. Overall I wish I didn’t have to wait this long but they did come through and now my “ mod break” enables me to only take one a day. Sweet

I’ve been ordering from the ModafinilXL ecosystem (ModafinilXL.com, Freemodafinil.org, & ModafinilUSA.com) for many years. 2 - 3 years ago, they were untouchable… everything from an accurate order matching my cart to free samples in every order to same day shipping to a stellar customer support team (despite “Daniel Santos” being the same alias used by ALL support reps which causes confusion). This is the only reason I’m currently giving a 3 star review, beyond that… for the past year or so, it’s as if they are under new management or something. If you don’t use the 3x more $$ for US to US & instead go for the basic route, your not even receiving your tracking # until at least a month later, then delivery can take up to 90 days! So I started shelling out the additional funds for their “3 to 4 day” domestic option. I had maybe 4 or 5 orders that were shipped out within 48 hours & delivery within a week. Then out of no where, I started to notice that my orders weren’t even being shipped out or a label, even printed until a week or so later. This only got worse and worse up until my last order when it took three weeks just to have my order shipped out (mind you I started paying even more money for overnight shipping because there are 3 to 4 day shipping, started to turn it into 3 to 4 week shipping)! My last 2 - 3 orders went from being $100 all the way up to $500 - $600 bucks after attacking on the domestic price and overnight shipping. To make matters worse my last two orders were US to US OVERNIGHT, the first one took 2 1/2 weeks for an overnight shipping order to actually get processed and shipped out. I didn’t actually receive my order until approximately 3 1/2 weeks later. After wait so long, I anxiously open the box and found a ton of Erectile dysfunction pills AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE SAMPLE PACK! 100% all E.D pills, it’s been about 2 1/2 months since that order and has yet to be resolved. I’ve come to terms that it will never be resolved as a customer service now only will respond to a section of your support ticket. If you mention multiple issues, they will only pick out the easiest most cheap option to fix and for completely pretend like you never mentioned anything else. So while I still have this 500 boxes with four pills in each so yeah like 2000 ED pills which will never be used, they got to keep my $700. My last order had me FUMING! I was leaving for vacation in eight days so I placed an overnight order thinking if I email them ahead of time and also add in the notes that they need to ship this order out promptly and not wait around and then ship it out three weeks later. I wouldn’t receive my order before I left for vacation. Not only was I wrong but the worst part was about four days after I placed my order. I received an email from ModafinilXL informing me that they changed my shipment to ground advantage and we’ll put an additional 50 moda in my order to make up for it… WHAT?!!! First of all I pay almost $200 for that extra shipping, second the only reason I placed the order which I needed it before I went on vacation, as soon as I got this email, I attempted for three weeks to cancel it, eight support tickets telling them to cancel. This did not send it out. It did not ship it (yeah three weeks later it still wasn’t shipped out). Despite all my attempts to have them cancel the order. They proceeded to ship the order while knowing there would be no one home for 2 more weeks. I finally started to piece things together and I believe I got the puzzle solved. It’s when you pay with bitcoin or cryptocurrency is when they start taking it upon themselves to say I don’t know take three weeks to ship out your order or when you order one product they send you a completely different cheap cheaper generic brand (I’m not referring to the E.D situation, talking about half a dozen times where I paid extra money for the higher quality item and they sent me the ultra generic super cheap version, and of course, once again never refunded me despite all my conversations back-and-forth with so far this year, I believe a total of 212 Daniel Santoses). After the amount of money exceeded 5000. I started to take all of the emails and add them into a word document because we started to hit felony levels and if nothing was resolved, I would be forced to do something about it regardless, if it was paid in cryptocurrency, and I can’t run a charge back or not, I still have consumer protection rights). Needless to say, to end this review of a once upon a time, King of the hill, who has fallen to disastrous proportions to the point where other vendors are informing me, that other consumers are switching vendors for the same exact reasons that I mentioned. To be fair, I did not want to leave a negative review on a business that is attempting to do the right thing. But after 6 to 8 months of me threatening to start changing my reviews and start making things known about what is going on, with just a simple request to resolve something to do something for me. They managed to give me $160 credit which doesn’t even begin to cover the amount of money I lost. I was so shocked when I found this other Vendor and I left the support ticket about their shipping methods and just a couple hours later they actually called me on the phone!!! Like that’s Customer customer support! Not one email a day no more, a lot less, because they won’t reply back-and-forth. They’ll do it one day and then a couple days later they reply again and then a month later they’ll reply again hoping that you forget about it. Well, I haven’t forgotten and I have all of the 640 some odd pages of emails BACK AND FOUTH with “Daniel Santos” most of the time, always came back with a reply, completely off-topic as if it was an entirely different person. Maybe now if they see this review and begin to notice that I am not playing anymore and I will start to review everywhere else and not just trust pilot maybe they will actually stop pulling this nonsense when you pay with cryptocurrency because I think they can get away with it. For anyone who does pay or cryptocurrency, there is an escrow which is basically another way of saying you can run a charge back for your cryptocurrency.

Would go 5 star but PayPal is no longer a payment option. I was given a list of sister companies but they want me to open new account just to see if PayPal is an option with them. Don’t need 5 new accounts with my personal info that I may or may not can use.

I paid $27 extra for expedited shipping but I pretty much received the items in the same amount of time as if I did regular shipping which is typically 3-4 weeks. I received my items in 26 days which is 3 1/2 weeks. Other than that it’s fine. I will not pay for expedited shipping next time.

Love this company but It is so hard to get ahold of people. Wanna continue to use products but shipping has been bad lately. They are legit, but hard to get ahold of people when packaging is not moving.

When using the international service, which generally takes between 2-3 weeks to arrive, I’ve never had a problem (I’ve made approx 15 orders) and have been generally quite satisfied. They even replaced my order for free once, no questions asked, when customs seized my shipment. HOWEVER, DO NOT use the domestic service; it’s 3x as expensive and takes just as long as international orders. When I complained I was told it took them 10 days to receive my payment (with every other order I placed the order processed in a couple hours). I don’t want to say it’s a scam, but the fact that there’s no customer service line to call, nor any live chat available makes it very suspect. Stick with the traditional international service and you’ll be fine.

Let me first say that I’ve had success with this company overall. However, my latest “domestic” order took 18 days to arrive and of the 100-pack I had purchased, only 90 arrived.

It’s hit or miss with delivery. But the bigger problem is that after this order, I had to cancel all of my cards bank bc of fraudulent charges. A bit shady.

Never received my order. Contacted support and explained the situation and seemed to be helpful initially until I never received my tracking numbers! Followed it up with them and they have been unresponsive. Finally received a response with tracking numbers and hopefully it will be a seamless transaction moving forwards.

This site is a great resource. The reason I gave 3 stars is that the delivery time frames listed are incorrect. 1-2 days = 4 to 5, 3-4 days = 6 to 8, etc. customers need to know that and have correct information.
