“Unfortunately, us to us domestic shipping isn’t what they say it is. It’s been a week. They told me it was shipped after 24 hours. Still have not received a tracking for usps. Delays times I guess?”

“Customer service is prompt and the pricing is reasonable. However, my sole concern is the long delivery time. I understand that it’s shipping across the country, but the order usually takes at least a week to even ship, which can be frustrating. Nevertheless, I appreciate how quickly the responses are whenever I have a question.”

“I find the product works great for my sleep disorder. They also give a lot of extra samples which is part of why I’m willing to pay the price. If they didn’t give the extras I wouldn’t probably buy from them anymore.”

“I've been very pleased with ModafinilXL. They're prices are a bit higher than a company I used to use, and I think they could sell their domestic products a little more cheaply, but overall they're a good company. They're responsive and will update you on your order.”

“Good purchase experience though it look a few weeks for the order to leave India (could have been due to the xmas period). Everything received ok to Australia and the free sample packs were a welcome bonus. Happy to order again :-)”

“I was frustrated last time because it took so long to ship my order. And I paid extra for US shipping, but the product was good as usual. And i've never had a missing order.This is legitimate product. And customer service is poor but thankfully, I was able to get a discount for my hassle. Grateful for this company”

“The shipping was definitely quicker this time around, which was only my second order. Everything has went relatively smoothly-more so than expected. I've received exactly what I ordered plus samples! The only hiccup has been a signature required upon delivery. This could be a post office protocol and have nothing to do with company. I've been lucky so far because I usually don't get home until after my mail runs,but another member of household has been home to receive. Other than that I will be ordering from them again! I do recommend, especially if you're trying new products or want sample packs!!”

“Product was decent as far as potency, per usual. Abnormally long delay in package processing and shipping (although I place blame primarily on USPS). MODAXL Customer service is always quick to respond to any questions though You can expect a wait time of 2 weeks to over a month to get your package, specifically for international shipments. I would opt for free shipping at checkout, i have not seen much of a difference in wait time. Prolonged delivery aside, I am generally satisfied with this trusted vendor”
