Customer service is prompt and the pricing is reasonable. However, my sole concern is the long delivery time. I understand that it’s shipping across the country, but the order usually takes at least a week to even ship, which can be frustrating. Nevertheless, I appreciate how quickly the responses are whenever I have a question.
