Extremely unsatisfied with the delivery time, its been 30 days since I paid for my order, it took over 20 days for it to be posted from India. I contacted to company multiple times and was told to wait, and offered 30 free items with my next purchase, and we'll I explained i was not willing to purchase again as my first order hadn't and still hasn't arrived, my email was ignored, then the same offer was made, 30 when I buy again. Be cautious

I have been a customer of ModafinilXL for seven years, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and what appears to be dishonest business practices. On April 13, 2025, I placed a US-to-US order and paid extra for expedited domestic shipping. Your website clearly states that these orders are shipped via USPS Priority with a 1–2 business day delivery window. After payment, I was informed that my package had shipped and that I would receive a tracking number shortly. It has now been 15 days, and I still have not received a clear answer on when my product will arrive. The tracking number you finally provided only shows "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item," which means USPS has not received the package. While I did receive a $150 credit for a future purchase, that is of no value to me if I do not receive my original order. This is not the first time ModafinilXL has failed to meet its shipping commitments. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have led me to believe the company no longer operates with the integrity it once did. I am concerned that customers can no longer trust the shipping claims made on your website, and I feel compelled to warn others that they may not receive their packages as promised. After years of loyalty, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by how I have been treated. I hope you will address these issues and return to the level of service that originally earned my trust

I wrote a review a couple days ago. Two additional e-mails and 11 days since I sent my Bitcoin payment to receive no shipping information. I used US-US which in the past would arrive in 7-8 days. I have ordered many times from this company but after seeing so many complaints, now realize I am not the only one who isn’t getting answers. I am unsure if my order will ever be sent.

I have used them a couple of times in the past without issue, but now they seem to be really messing me around with the delivery and "Daniel" is giving very unsatisfactory answers. I made my order around March 30th and they only updated my package on 21/04 after I emailed them twice. It hasn't moved since then and when I asked why it's taking so long they only offered an extra 30 tabs on my next order. Embarrassing. If I ever get my package it'll be the last time I use them for sure.

Thirteen days ago, I was informed that my package had shipped and that I would receive a tracking number. Since then, I have received no updates, despite sending multiple follow-up emails. I feel misled and deceived. On two additional occasions, I was told the package would ship within 24 hours, yet I still have not received a tracking number. As a loyal customer for seven years, I am deeply upset and disappointed by this experience. I have never encountered such unprofessional and unreliable business practices. This company was once dependable, but it is clear that something has changed, and I now find its practices deceptive. After seven years of loyalty, I am extremely frustrated and disheartened by the way I have been treated.

Unfortunately this time I had bad experience. Originally my order was placed on 9th of March and sent on 13th of March. They sent wrong quantity, there was missing a lot of tablets. I did contact support and explained politely that order was short and sent photos showing that box which it was packed into was even to small to fit ordered quantity. There was no problem, They said sorry, we will ship missing quantity in another parcel. On 30th of March I've got email saying that my order was shipped, and 14th of April I've got another email asking for a feedback for my recent purchase of 200 tablets. As nothing arrived and tracking number They provided, still showing nothing (today 16 of April), I did click link in the email stating I did not receive my order. As an answer I've got email from support saying that according to tracking number I did receive my parcel on 25th March. So They claim they sent another order with 200 tablets on 30th of March, probably linked to old order number and I did receive it on 25th of March?. I don't like that kind of situations. I feel bad.

I placed an order on March 2 for a U.S. domestic shipment, fully aware that I was overpaying for the pills but willing to do so because I needed them quickly for a hectic week at work. The website clearly promised delivery within 3–4 days, and I paid $5.99 per pill based on that expectation. As soon as I placed my order, the payment was taken from my account, but I never received a confirmation number or email. Concerned, I reached out to customer service, only to be met with unhelpful responses from a representative named Danielle, who seemed to be copying and pasting AI-generated replies rather than providing actual assistance. Eight days after placing my order, I finally received an email stating that my package was “on the way.” Today is March 18—over two weeks later—and my order still hasn’t arrived. This is blatant false advertising. If the company cannot fulfill a 3–4 day U.S. delivery promise, it should not be charging premium prices under that pretense. If my order is coming from overseas, I should not be paying the inflated price for domestic shipping. I am extremely disappointed with both the company and its customer service. At the very least, I should be refunded the price difference for the misleading shipping claims. I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs timely and reliable service.

Order #389631M Over 6 weeks, and the package has not arrived. Customer service has been extremely slow and unhelpful with their responses. It seems like they are AI generated. Turns out they didn't even put in a zip code onto the package, which is why it has never arrived. I'll gladly update my review if the issue is rectified.

They raised their prices by like 200% in the last 2-3 years, as I return to purchase another large order, I see the prices have literally gone up by x2. This is just awful, there is no reason for a price to increase by x2, and then they still also pretend there is some 50% discount on some made up RRP. absolutely awful

Not a great experience, unfortunately. The shipping and customer service experience has, and still is, not good. Order was shipped, was withheld at Customs. ModafinilXL specify this can occur and to wait two weeks before contacting. They additionally charge a surcharge in case this occurs and items needs to be reshipped. Waited over 2 weeks of package being stuck at one place (Customs) before contacting. Back and forth emails asking to wait longer (it was clearly not moving) until they conceded the item was not leaving Customs and finally reluctantly agreed to ship another one (even though I had paid their charge for the change this might occur and waited their own stipulated 2 weeks before contacting). Since then, the customer services agent advised another package has has been shipped and to expect a tracking number within 24-72hrs. It's been over 4 days, and no tracking number. So it's been 6 weeks, 1x charge for the actual product, 1x charge for shipping, 1x surcharge in case there is a shipping issue, 1x withheld order (and actual shipping issue), multiple emails back and forth with customer services before admitting the is an issue (after the 2 weeks), 1x promise of new order, 0x new tracking number, 0x product. Not compelled to recommend ModafinilXL to other customers currently, or purchase from them again, unless the experience changes for the better.

I have ordered from ModafinilXL in the past, and my items arrived in Australia within a reasonable timeframe. The products were genuine and met my expectations. However, my most recent order of 100 Modalert never arrived. It has been over three months, and despite sending multiple emails, I have received no response. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel completely let down.

Place my order on 5 November and still waiting for my order. Apparently waiting at customs in Melbourne. Asked for reshipment or refund and they keep telling me to wait a couple more days. It's been at Melbourne customs for over 3 weeks now.

Ordered in October and still haven't got anything, asked a refund and no answer. 10 shipments, some are stuck, some delivered to the wrong persons (it seems when they say they have reshipped the product they just send you someone's else tracking number and you waste a lot of time tracking it and it is then delivered to some other random person), some still being shipped but I lost hope. Still keep getting "Your order has been re-shipped and will be delivered to you shortly. Your tracking numbers are....." emails from them

As many other reviewers have experienced, my order from September was lost in transit and as they falsely claim they re-ship any orders that don’t arrive, I too was sent a non existent tracking number of a replacement order. If I could give no stars I would! Starting to feel like this place is just a scam! Placed an order on the 4th of September and my order was lost in transit, had it reshipped on the 27th of September and that too was lost. Finally requested a full fund on the 27th of October and still am yet to receive my money. Sent countless follow up emails and all have been ignored! I just want my money back! Customer service is a joke!

I would highly suggest you AVOID this company. I placed a large order on 11 September. It is now 29 November. I've been waiting 3.5 months for my order. The first one got stuck in transit, and they promised to re-ship my order and send me the tracking number in 72 hours. It's been 2 weeks since then. Still nothing. I've been sending over 20 emails in almost 4 months. I've requested a refund on multiple occasions and still nothing. Trying to get their response is like getting blood out of a rock. I think I've been scammed. It's unfortunate because this company was recommended to me by a friend. Extremely disappointed in their service. Would NOT recommend at all.

DON'T ORDER! I was a loyal customer, but now I am left without my order and without my money they told they have refunded. Check reddit, there are plenty of customers scammed by ModafinilXL. I have received an order confirmation on 7th of October, was asking for the tracking number for a couple of weeks, was told to wait 72h, 1-2 days, 48h hours, 36h etc. They told me the've had an issue in their warehouse which "is resolved now". After 5(!!!!!) refund requests - they have responded here and stated the refund was issued and it might take up to 30 days to receive it on my bank account. I won't even mention the fact that in the year 2024 bank transactions don't take 30 days, but guess what... no refund was received. They have basically stolen my money. If you pay attention to reviews here, you will see, that after every 1* review at least 2-3 5* reviews get posted. It is done so their review scores don't go lower. ModafinilXL are not worth the trust anymore. They will take your money immediately, but neither fulfill the order, nor refund your money. AVOID at all costs!
