Order #357480M, once again paid for overnight US to US shipping and 4 days later still don't have a tracking number. I am sure when it does ship it won't be over night again like the last 3 times they "couldn't" ship it overnight. Don't accept payment for overnight shipping if you can't provide it. Been using the company for years but it is getting hard to justify to continue using them.

Horrible. Despite sometimes getting it quick, I have had 3 instances, even when I do US to US domestic, where I didn't get my tracking for 1.5 weeks, had no customer service besides a bot, despite repeated questions on my order. finally when they sent the package I said this is the last time I am using you guys. and going back to buymoda, which was always the best.

Extremely disappointed with my order of Waklert and Extra Strength ArmodaXL as it had no effect whatsoever. It seemed like I had received a bad batch of pills and wasted a significant amount of money. Contacted customer support and 'Daniel Santos' was responsive initially with my concerns. After repeated requests to either have my order re-shipped or a full refund processed there was an offer to reship half the amount of pills ordered, which is absolutely ridiculous. It has been incredibly frustrating as there hasn't been a response after the decline of their offer, which has been over 5 days. They don't honor their refund and reshipment policy as stated on their website. Additionally their standard response of 'Most of our deliveries go smoothly, but if there’s a problem with a product, our refund policy assures that buyers are satisfied with the product they ordered, or always get their money back.' is of no value.

I e been trying to get ahold of someone. I have an order that has sent moved in a month and just made new order. They always came through but customer service is so bad and I have no response. This sucks.

I also have a list of emails with a tracking number that never shipped. I ignored the negative reviews, but I will warn you that my experience has been identical to the others, and you are taking a risk by attempting this company. I have not received my order in a month, nor do I have a tracking number for any products that appear to be on their way.

Sent 275$ for my regular meds but they kept but got no confirmation. I reached out to them 4 times and they offered a verbatim canned response every time. Finally they told me that I had sent to wrong btc address. My Bitcoin wallet has this address programmed in under their btc tag so it was clear that that they had changed the address which happens frequently for them to avoid detection. I went to my blockchain experts with screenshots etc and they all told me that even if I put in a later addresses they can easily pick up the payment from blockchain but no matter how many times I sent the info they sent the same canned message without reading mine. It's too bad. This organization has been pretty reliable but they lost a valuable customer and I lost a decent supplier. If they would just take the time, it could have been avoided.

Order seized, then they "reshipped" and it's been a week and the tracking number isn't in the system yet. If you don't give them a good review they will not send your product. Scumbags screwed me out of $300 I have been waiting 2 months now and now they won't respond to me. It’s been over a month and I have not received my product. This is the first time this has happened since I’ve ordered from them before and never had an issue. I’ve established contact with them and they did send me information I already know due to tracking the item via website. I just want to know status, reshipment, and some kind of answer other than what I already know. I’ve spent a huge amount of money and want to continue purchasing from them but if this continues I may have to find a different vendor.

Very disappointed. I have never had an issue before. It's been 3 weeks and when I message I get the same reply sorry for the inconvenience you will get a tracking number shortly. At this point and time I'm not counting on a refund. I just want others to know that there are others places to order from and with fast shipping. They have not reshipped or given me a refund.

Was still waiting on tracking after 6 days. When told it would be 3. It says on website a reship If taken at customs. And I would hope they would honor...but unfortunately I haven't heard anything besides wait. Even after showing proper documentation.

I’ve spent a fair amount of money with Afinil.com, but for whatever reason the website wouldn’t load, and on Friday, March 1st, I placed a domestic order from ModafinilXL instead. They are affiliates, so I expected similar results. Well it’s Wednesday night, March 5th. And my order is still processing, I’ve reached out, even asked to spend more to have it overnighted. Well, Support finally gave me a response saying that it was shipped in the fastest manner available. That was this afternoon, however, I still do not have a tracking number and the order remains in processing status. There is a premium for the domestic orders, but they’re to be delivered within five days, and these guys pretty much act like they don’t care either way. Like they don’t need my business. I’m afraid just leaving this review will hinder things further.

Order was taken by customs. Still waiting on a reshipment tracking number. Very disappointed since its been over 30 days for order. And now I will be waiting another 15 to 25 for new reshipment. I just want a tracking on reshipment.

12 days from date order placed, US domestic... that's triple the time it states should take. I spend $500/mo for over 2 years and no refund offered, this has happened to many times. Order says will few delivered today but still hasn't got to my home city so who knows...I think this is last order with you guys. This has happened to many times. No refund offered, coupons are worthless. You don't care, I'll find a site that does. You're reviews on website are only the good ones but there a lot of customers getting same way I am.

I was allowed to edit my review as my issue was resolved... no it hasn't. I'm still without my shipment, after 12 days and I paid a lot of money for domestic. Whenever it does come, it doesn't change that it took 2 weeks. I was offered 30 free pills but when I've tried using it, it is sublingual which I don't use... so I've been given no money refunded. If the coupon can be used for any pill and with bitcoin discount and you can guarantee 3- day shipping going forward that you promise, then I'll update review when that actually happens. At this point I still don't know if I'll order again. You still only pay good reviews on website.

Order 352096M paid for overnight express shipping which cost a fortune for US to US which they already screw you on the price of the pills. It has now been a week with no shipping number and over 3 days of them refusing to communicate. I have used this company for over 3 years but I won't be using them much longer at this rate.
