“Terrible customer service. my order arrived 10+ days late, missing 60 pills, customer service won't respond to my questions”

“Ordered 12/17, product was seized. Reshipment was sent 5 weeks ago still have no tracking or package. Tried to reset password on website with no email ever recieved to do that. I have sent two emails asking for an update with zero response. This is not the norm for this company which makes it more disappointing. Will change my review if communications start back up but very different then past dealings for sure.”

“Ordered 30 days ago, not arrived. Tracking only became available 15 days after ordering. And it was still in India. I wouldn't bother ordering from here again, their support just gives copy and paste answers and their checkout page is sketch (If you try pay by card you'll have to phone up a company to verify which takes days). Or bitcoin which didn't work right and they had to email me. It's a mess”

“Do not use. Ordered from this site a few weeks ago, paid for express shipping to UK and received products with BuyModa branding with a different name of modafinil (ModaLit) from what I ordered. Just to note, even though I paid extra for express shipping, it still took 2 weeks to arrive, the same time frame as standard shipping. Regardless of delivery problems, I believe the bills received are fake pills and certainly not what I ordered. I contacted ModafinilXL who eventually responded apologising for the issue and said a new order will be shipped stating that I will receive the new tracking number with 5 business days. 7 Business days later and multiple attempts to receive any form of tracking from them, I still have no order or tracking. Therefore, I have no faith this company is trying to fix the situation they have caused and are happy with sending me fake pills from other websites who I have not heard of. Do not use as they are not legitimate, they are selling fake pills, and they will send you products you did not order. Very poor customer service as well.”

“Be careful with these guys. Ive been waiting nearly 7 weeks now. They are blaming Covid for a hold up in Singapore. Now they are not replying to my emails for a refund or a repost. I would use an alternate supplier. Buyer beware.”

“I'm impressed how they do trying to make this as a "not a fraud" I have been waiting over 2 months to even get a shipping number. Countless emails and replays " we get back to you in 72 hours" and then nothing. Send your money to Santa claus and you will get more back”

“I received a letter from U.S. Customs that my package was seized due to containing controlled substances. I contacted customer service and they offered to re-ship, but I declined because it's just going to get confiscated again. Then they offered me store credit. I responded with a question and now they've stopped responding to me. So no package and no refund and now no customer support.”

“Beyond terrible customer, paid for express shipping and it was extremely delayed and they were of NO help at all. I asked for at least a shipping refund they they blew me off in all the emails I sent them, company should be shut down, it is a scam and I have bought bought from them before and this recent order medications were fake. To say I am angry and disgusted with this company is an understatement. Avoid them!!”

“First Time user of this Company - Not going well so far - Placed an order about 18 hours ago - via credit card No e-mail / no confirmation / no charge on said credit card yet - Not particularly impressed ; whilst I myself know noting about the complexities of international shipping- They appear to sell one product and one product only - different variations but the same product But they don't sell if very efficiently Maybe it's impossible nowadays to get the product now in the UK So very disappointed 😞”

“I got a random email a few days ago saying my order was declined because they couldn’t pass the phone verification… I didn’t order anything! Someone used my email information and they have no phone support. So no idea what happened. It doesn’t look like any of my bank accounts were hacked so I didn’t lose any money but boy was that scary!”

“Don't do it to yourself. I've ordered before a few times and it was fine. But this last time I've been ignored, lied to and ripped off. Been 5 weeks since I ordered and it's nowhere to be found. Can't get responses from support and their '100% guarantee' of reship or refund after 30 days is non existent. They literally can't and won't answer simple, basic questions. They also threaten you with fraud if you try to contact your own bank. If they think this simply ends with a review they're clearly not paying attention. I've tried talking to them but if they want a migraine, I'll gladly help them out.”
