Bought Modvigil 200mg, have tried 1 pill in the morning each day for a whole week. Absolutely no effect, no difference in energy, attention span, or concentration. Thinking that I might have received a bad batch.

There seem to be a lot of fake reviews on this site, as Reddit and other places are loaded with bad reviews, of which XL has little control. Do your diligence is all I am saying.

I ordered February 22nd and my order got stuck in customs which I received a letter stating it was taken. The company was very responsive up until they now need to reship me a new a product and they have gone silent. They even requested a screenshot of the letter which I posted and was told I would get a new tracking number which over a week and I have not received anything. I will update my rating if something changes but at this point, I do not believe the guarantee of a resship or refund as their website states and would not recommend this company.

Stay away! Ordered 30 days ago. Company waited a full 7 days to hand my order to shipper. Stuck in customs 16 days. Messaged customer service many times, and they stopped responding and marked my case as closed. I needed my order before leaving the country. I used to trust this company. No longer.

Ordered 3-7 day delivery. At 10th day, I got 1 free sample and nothing else. Made a complaint through useless customer service. Received an email saying that they had “messed up” and who the hell know when it will arrive. I requested a refund. Was told to please not ask for one. Threatened fraud report, said I would receive refund in up to 30 days. It is day 27 and I still have no refund and only the same copy and pasted response from “customer service”.

This company never does anything they say. Their support only copies and pasted from the help articles on their website. They don’t reship after 30 days, there is no “buyer guarantee”. LIES LIES LIES. Find another business to deal with. LOOK AT THE OLDEST REVIEW ON HERE FOR THEM….pretty new for a company that old….

I’m over it look at my “tracking notes “ you’ll see my shipment has been to India then to France then back to India then back to France and now “item not found” I’ll be surprised if I ever get it. Can get a response concerning my order being delivered to a completely different state. My order confirmation in my email shows my shipping address yet my tracking number shows the package being delivered to a different state. Can't get a reply other than a copy paste reply about me needing to confirm my shipping address even though I have sent 3 emails before that confirming. I have a feeling I won't hear from them ever again. Do not buy from these people. It seems they are running an exit scam.

Unfortunately the site has now become a scam. Previously have received orders as described. I now have pending orders from India as well as the premium price for US to US stock. Orders close to 2 months now - no product and they have stopped responding to emails. Previously had good customer service. Unfortunately I've experienced complete 180 and as above they no longer respond to customer service emails asking for resolution.

I’m not sure what has happened but it seems like they are like closed down or something. My order was a US to US so I paid a premium for faster shipping that was a month ago I never did get a tracking number and now nobody will answer my emails

My experience is like that of all recent 1 star reviews. I have physical evidence, photos and all emails to prove it. I noted a significant chg in personality( for the worst) in emails when I msg them about recent Feb 2023 order. 15 days before dispatched us to us order with no explanation. Multiple emails to them with concern of delay only to get vague non specific answers back from Daniel. Jan 26th placed US to US order, delivered Feb 13th and completely wrong order. Ordered 10 packets for $368. Got 1 packet of something I never ordered before. I guarantee the pos review by "Brad" coming after Bear's" neg review is bogus as "Bear's" and previous 1 star reviews are like mine. This speaks volumes people. You can just smell the stench of lies and desperation of them trying to convince you their great. I used them for 2 yrs, no problem, they were the best, No longer. How does it go: " what goes up must come down", yes this is the saying. (Just a little sarcasm folks, it's use is justified )

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have purchased from them on a regular basis and was a loyal customer. My last 2 purchases and experience with Daniel have been terrible. Feb 2 Order shows up with only 10 pills / emailed to let them know and said I will receive a tracking number soon / still haven’t received tracking / follow up again no response/ email again requesting a refund / emails me back saying will check on tracking number and get back to me / now not responding to my emails.
