I ordered February 22nd and my order got stuck in customs which I received a letter stating it was taken.
The company was very responsive up until they now need to reship me a new a product and they have gone silent. They even requested a screenshot of the letter which I posted and was told I would get a new tracking number which over a week and I have not received anything.
I will update my rating if something changes but at this point, I do not believe the guarantee of a resship or refund as their website states and would not recommend this company.
