Order 352096M paid for overnight express shipping which cost a fortune for US to US which they already screw you on the price of the pills. It has now been a week with no shipping number and over 3 days of them refusing to communicate. I have used this company for over 3 years but I won't be using them much longer at this rate.

i paid for domestic shipping. no updates. no tracking . i'm told they are looking into it . at this point, the fastest it will come is 10+ days. i'm not confident it will even come that fast. Ridiculous when you pay 5x as much for domestic.

Waiting two weeks for a shipment. I paid 300 for overnight. You keep telling me 24 hours it'll be shipped. But you still haven't dropped the package off. So I'm posting negative Reviews everywhere until you ship it.

My order was never delivered. No tracking information provided. I confirmed my payment with my bank. I have reached out multiple times to the company, but only received automated, ineffective responses. Net result = No product and they still have my $199.00. I will not order from the again.

Is this company still legit? i just ordered from them and cant get ahold. of anyone. i paid for my order but the money wasnt applied to my account. It has been 5 days. I have heard that this company may have went under. i just used them a few months ago so i trusted that i would use them again. i sure hope they didnt scam me

Modafinilxl does not accept Mastercard or visa anymore. I tried PayPal and it would not take that either. Last choice besides bitcoin which I do not use was Zelle. I used Zelle. The Zelle payment goes through to some email address. I never received a confirmation and so far no proof of my purchase except the $227 taken out of my bank account by Zelle to that email address. I have sent several emails and now I’m not hearing anything back. Even when I emailed, I never was given a confirmation that my order was received and being processed. I was told they needed proof or something showing it went through. Well the money was taken out of my account last Sunday and I sent a copy of the $227 delivered and never heard anything more. Be careful because they are having issues with any payment other then maybe bitcoin but it seems I’m out $227 right now and will try to dispute this with my bank. Not a happy customer.

I'm done stressing myself out and spending hours each day writing emails to customer support just to have a dozen different customer service reps using the SAME EXACT NAME! Daniel Santos will be the only rep you ever speak with even tho there's no way possible it's really the same person... 3 MONTHS, 2 SEPERATE ORDERS, ONE EVEN BEING US TO US DOMESTIC, 104 EMAILS BACK AND FOURTH, AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED EITHER OF MY ORDERS! I took ALL my support emails and transfered them over to a Word Document & PDF so I can deal with this later because I'm so over this... 137 PAGES OF EMAILS! 65% from me and 35% from "Daniel Santos" support. The kicker is that 30% out of the 35% of emails I received from support were IDENTICAL COPY AND PASTE REPLIES! I know for a fact that ModafinilXL DOES NOT READ THE CUSTOMERS SUPPORT TICKET AND EMAILS because we literally went back and forth, me telling him that it's been nearly 3 months and I have yet to receive my US to US order and my second order has been in customs for close to a month! I would spend hours writing detailed responses starting off by begging him (or who ever the agents are behind the same same) to PLEASE READ MY ENTIRE EMAIL! All they do is read the subject & pull a reply from their customer service manual and paste it in! Every single email responses was "I know you are in a rush to receive your order, but we take safety over speed when it comes to shipping. You have nothing to worry about, your both of your orders will arrive shortly. US customs can take up to 14 days before passing your order through. YOU CAN ALWAYS PLACE A US TO US DOMESTIC ORDER OF YOUR LOOKING FOR FAST DELIVERY... " LIKE WHAT?!? I can't even begin to express how many time we specifically talked about my one order BEING US TO US AND HOW I PAID NEARLY TRIPLE THE AMOUNT JUST TO HAVE IT DELIVERED ASAP!! AFTER 3 MONTHS & OVER A 100 EMAILS, YOU KNOW DAMN WELL THAT MY ONE OF MY ORDERS IS US TO US! The response id get was "Don't worry, I understand you are in a rush to receive your order. I can ASSURE you that your order will arrive shortly. US customs can hold your package up to 21 DAYS (oh now it conveniently changed?!) Even tho I literally have screenshots of you saying after 14 days, if it's still in customs, we will reship your order. ModafinilXL does offer US to US DOMESTIC shipping if you would like to place a new order. US to US shipping will be delivered within 7 days." THE WEBSITE SAYS 3-4 DAYS!. There's so much more I could go on about but I'm sick to my stomach from dealing with ModafinilXL FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS! $700+ spent and I'm literally back to square one! Oh yeah, also get this. I finally got a response 2 days ago asking me if I would like a refund or my orders reshipped. I SPECIFICALLY STATED "IF THE REFUND PROCESS IS GOING TO TAKE LONGER THAN 24 HOURS, THEN I DONT WANT A REFUND. I NEED THESE ORDERS SHIPPED OUT ASAP. SO IF THE REFUND PROCESS IS GOING TO TAKE LONGER THAN A DAY, JUST RESHIP MY ORDERS INSTEAD..." I RANDOMLY RECEIVE A TEXT, YES A TEXT (CANT RESPOND BACK THO) SAYING MY 2 ORDERS HAVE BEEN REFUNDED AND I should see them in my bank within 2 - 30 DAYS!!! LIKE WHAT IN GODS NAME ARE YOU DOING MODAFINILXL?! you used to be so good with customer service and now ( I WARNED THEM THAT I DONT WANT TO DO IT, BUT I WILL GO PUBLIC WITH REVIEWS ABOUT WHAT YOU GUYS HAVE PUT ME THROUGH. I WILL PUBLISH THE PDF CONTAINING THE EMAILS FROM YOU THAT ARE FILLED WITH BOLD FACE LIES. I.E., I ORDERED MODAXL USPS because the IP versions are trash. They are available and IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE, BOTH US TO US AND FROM INDIA TO THE SORTING HUB IN FRANCE. EVEN IN THE DESCRIPTION OF IT STATES "THIS BRAND is U.S.P for quality..." )! Then the rep starts trying to lie to me and said " we stopped carrying U.S.P VERSIONS" SO I took a screenshot of them being IN STOCK AND A WAY HIGHER PRICE THEN THE GARBAGE I.P versions and sent it to him and asked "oh ok. You guys stopped selling them, yet you still have them in stock, you still have USP in the description and your still charging customers more money for a version you don't even have??? He\she, idk anymore, then ignored me for a week and closed my support ticket. So I opened a new one with tons of screenshots and screen recordings. All of a sudden, they do have them but only from India. So once again I go to the website and take the screenshot of ModaXL US to US domestic IN STOCK AND FOR SALE! Then I really started getting 100% irrelevant responces, back to "don't worry your orders will arrive very soon. Customer can hold your package up to 30 days... We do offer US to US shipping if you would like to place a domestic order..." LMFAO, THE ONLY THINF I CAN DO TO KEEP MYSELF FROM GOING CRAZY IS TO JUST LAUGH. MODAFINILXL USED TO BE GOOD. KEY WORD IS USED TOO! NOW??? IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE BY SHOWING A TONS OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF MODAFINIL/ADRAFINIL BUT THE ONLY THING THEY SHIP OUT, IF THEY ACTUALLY SHIP IT, ARE THE WORST ULTRA GENERIC, 50 CENTS A PILL, MODVIGIL BY SIGNATURE LTD. REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR! I'm trying to end this but feel like I need to get the truth out there. Here another thing. They text me that both my orders have been refunded right? Yet I only received one refund email for the cheaper order! There's nothing about my US to US order being refunded! Plus why are the option to the questions below missing "NEVER DELIVERED" AND "Seized by customs! I clicked an option by mistake and now I can't unselect it! Just know that " was my delivery on time?" Real Answer: never delivered.... Who made the delivery? NO ONE DID! HOW MANY DAYS DID THE DELIVERY TAKE?: 3 plus months and still not delivered! How did you communicate with the company?: THERE IS NO LIVE CHAT OR TELEPHONE! UPDATE TO REPLY: How unprofessional and delusional are you to ask me to give you a good review after you lied to me constantly and scammed me out of money? You have not refunded me the full amount. Please stop asking me to change my review until I receive the full amount. I lost 50 USD and 2 months of time. That is not generous of you. I was lied to by you or I wouldn't have ordered from you. You lied about shipping methods, you lied about the refund I would get. You said I would get refunded the full USD amount if things didn't work out and you changed your mind, SO NO I WILL NOT CHANGE MY REVIEW UNTIL YOU REFUND ME. After two months of them giving me misleading information and my packet being seized. I only received a partial refund. I was told I would receive the full amount when I asked for a refund but it was 50 dollars less than I paid. I asked about it and was told they cannot do anything about it. They said they wouldn't give me the rest since that was the new price of BTC even though they received BTC worth more than that from me. They are scammers!! Beware because they own other sites (buymodafinilonline, modafinilXL, modafinilusa, cialisbit, buypreponline) out there and they pay companies for good/fake reviews.

Stay away - absolute garbage fire! ModafinilXL's false advertising and lies from support during my last order include: * Order process time of 8 days - not 2 hours. * Support lied and said order was sent day after order was placed. Tracking and postage slip show 8 days post payment. * Express post listed on order but sent via standard post. * Only one support staff member, who is now closing my tickets without responding. There is no one else in their support team so if you have a problem you will not have it resolved. Use another vendor, after being a customer for two years - I'll never go back to modafinilXL.

I did EU to EU shipping which cost over 100 bucks for shipping alone. Package never came (been 45 days) and they no longer reply since I've started to ask for a refund.

Customer support do not answer questions, only go on circles with copy paste responses. Order was processed after more than seven days despite starting a two hour process time. I was lied to multiple times about this as well. Still no product delivered, stay away until they sort out their issues.

Bought Modvigil 200mg, have tried 1 pill in the morning each day for a whole week. Absolutely no effect, no difference in energy, attention span, or concentration. Thinking that I might have received a bad batch.
