If I could rate 0 star I would,ordered on 12th Oct,not received,eventually said they would resend a replacement about 2 weeks ago,surprise surprise the tracking number doesn’t show anywhere, …..please don’t part with your money to this company.

This is a scam. They didn’t provide me with a tracking number or product. All the positive reviews are fake. Ignore them otherwise you will lose your money.

After leaving my previous review, the company swiftly responded, apologizing for the issue and claiming my order had been reshipped free of charge. They also promised to provide a new tracking number. However, it’s been a week since that response, and I have yet to receive any tracking information. I appreciate the quick acknowledgment of my concerns, but without a tracking number to confirm the reshipment, I’m left questioning whether anything has actually been done. At this point, I feel like I’m just being strung along. Words without action don’t resolve the problem, and the lack of follow-through only adds to my frustration. I hope they can deliver on their promise soon.

Over 6 weeks since my original order,no sign of it,said replacement had been sent,tracking number doesn’t show anywhere after a week.Used countless times but looks like they have gone the way of others and just gone for a couple of months scamming before they totally disappear.

I placed my order over a week ago and still haven't received a tracking number, and I have sent 4 emails with no response. I placed a huge order and I am praying this website isn't a scam. I always use modafinilxl.com which is who I thought I was using, I had no idea there was a modafinilxl.ru and there websites are almost identical, that's what's scaring me.

1 week, US domestic, still in processing. Email still unanswered. Other reviews seem to be getting their orders when ordering international. Domestic is not a value if you are paying premium for expedited service but the wait time is the same as international.

They used to be great. Placed numerous issues for years no problem. US domestic for 90% of the orders. Shipping isn't 3-4 business days as advertised more like 10 but whatever, not my first rodeo, I know how this goes. Referred several of my friends to them as well. I don't know if it's new management, complacency or what, but this year something changed big time. Placed an order in May 2024 which took a month to get (US domestic). The address I provided (and had used several times prior) was different than what was on the package label and I had to hunt it down through USPS. Hunt it down as in, went to the post office asking why my package was marked as delivered when my mailbox was empty. Clerk saw that it was indeed delivered but to an address on the same street 15 minutes away. Spent the next day coordinating with USPS to arrange pick up after they retrieved it. Huge waste of time and effort. Contacted Modafinilxl letting them know what happened and that I was quite upset. Modafinilxl customer support insisted I was wrong and that it was the correct address on the label. The tone was quite argumentative, snarky and unprofessional, as if it was MY fault that they put the wrong address on the label THEY generated. How do you mess that up? I had been using the same address for months! Should have known then. Must be out of my mind because on a whim I placed an order on the 15th of November. Of course, payment was confirmed immediately via btc. Made sure that funds cleared immediately on my end, as usual. Tracking number not provided still and it is the 21st. E-mail sent asking for the tracking number unanswered. Doubt I will get anything. I make sure my end of the business is quick and smooth and it is not reciprocated AT ALL. Dubious company now, after this order arrives (if it ever does) I will not be using Modafinilxl or any of their affiliate services. I am totally OK with waiting longer but lack of communication, transparency and unprofessionalism is a huge turn off.

Like other customers below, I placed an order two months ago. It got stuck at customs, and after contacting customer service, they informed me they had resent the order. I never receive a tracking number. I've used this site many times before, even during the COVID period, and I've never had an issue. The response times were as advertised, and the customer service team were prompt in addressing any problems. Now, I feel they're the complete opposite, and judging by the other comments here, I'm not alone.

I placed an order months ago. It got stuck at customs and I was notified that my order would be resent (about 1 month ago). I have not received a tracking number and am not getting any responses to my emails. I have emailed the customer service person who notified me that my parcel was being resent AND I have sent a seperate email to the help/customer support people and have had no reply in over a week. I use to buy from here but not again unless this is resolved ASAP. I am concerned that this site is a massive scam.

My package has been stuck in customs since October 6th, and this situation has dragged on far too long. Over a month ago, the support agent, Daniel, claimed my order had been reshipped, but he has repeatedly refused to provide a tracking code. This lack of transparency and accountability is infuriating. The company’s policy to reship or refund after two weeks is clearly not being upheld. I’ve tried to be patient, but the vague responses and refusal to offer proof of shipment make it feel like I’m being scammed. This used to be a trusted company, but after this experience, I can’t recommend them to anyone.

Ordered, support says package has shipped and will send a tracking number soon. Been 3 days and still no tracking for a US to US shipment. They maybe reply every 24-36 hours. This isn't rocket science. I ordered with BTC to make everything as smooth as it could be. On the website it says 3-4 days delivery, been more than 72 hours and still don't have a tracking number. If the order has actually been shipped, getting a tracking number is trivial. If you can't adhere to what customers expect based on the information you provide..., change the wording on the website. Will update if they get on it and do what they advertise.

I ordered from them last time and they arrived in 2 1/2 weeks so I ordered again on October 13,2024 and nothing!! It either “ can’t be found “ or USPS says “ label created not yet in the system “ ! I have contacted customer service 3 times as I’m so close to being out of my meds and I just receive the same generic message. I made a really large order too. I’m praying that this comes through but I’m nervous.

Order has been stalled as 'Processing' since 20 days ago. After asking support, they acknowledged issues with their EU warehouse, offered a credit which I accepted and promised to have the order moving in 48 hours. After 3 days with no activity, I contacted them again. Once again they promised the order would get moving in 24 hours. That was 3 days ago now. The order remains unchanged and I'm just getting silence since then. I am just asking them to let me sincerely know if the order can be processed or not. More than a refund, I'd just like to know what's happening to go somewhere else if necessary. I offered to accept a partial order. No replies to that. Another 2 orders I made in the past 1.5 years were processed with no issues at all, so something might have changed. Worst of all, I'm starting a big project which I was counting on my order for.

It has been 25 days since I ordered from them and I still haven't been a tracking number. Then 6 days ago they promised that I would absolutely get it within 2 days. Guess what? Still nothing. The promises of this company don't mean anything to me anymore. I have now requested a refund. Hopefully I can get my money back. I really doubt it, but I have to try. Let's see what happens.

Don’t order!!!!! My order was confirmed on 7th of October. I still don’t have a tracking number. Writing Modafinilxl almost every day, from time to time receiving replies, that either they have already shipped it, or the order is almost shipped, or will be shipped out soon. I was asked to wait for 1-2 days, for 72 hours, for 24h, latest one was 36hours. I have requested a refund 4 times(!!!) already. They just ignore that.

On 10.10.24 (20days aogo!!) i got a confirmation that i payed the receipt und the order is beeing processed. (European order) Unfortunatelly since than i got no update! No shipment, no tracking. Nothing! I opened a ticket, but also nothing. No useful communication! I got scammed! Spent a lot of money!
