On 10.10.24 (20days aogo!!) i got a confirmation that i payed the receipt und the order is beeing processed.

Unfortunatelly since than i got no update! No shipment, no tracking. Nothing!
I opened a ticket, but also nothing. No useful communication!
I got scammed! Spent a lot of money!
