My order has been stuck or lost in customs for 18 days now, and I keep getting asked to wait. The communication has now gone silent. And they won't reship. The policy of a reship after 2 weeks if the parcel is held up in customs for 2 weeks, obviously isn't true. It used to be seamless when using this company, but now I feel I may have been ripped off.

It has been 18 days since I ordered from Europe. I have yet to receive a tracking number and my order has not been updated at all. I don't even know what is going on. I have only received this generic reply from a Jasmin Jain: "Thank you for your request. We're investigating the issue and I will get back to you asap. No action is required on your part at this time and I apologize for the delay. I remain at your disposal for any questions you might have." I am very disappointed with this company. It is my first order with them and I will never order here again. They give you the feeling like they don't care about you once they have received your money. Please look for other vendors.

14 days - no tracking number, generic replies with templates and no updates. After 5 days from the order confirmation I received: Thank you for placing your order. We have received your payment and your package has been shipped. You will receive your tracking number shortly (usually within 1-2 days, but it may take longer). After my second request for the tracking number they replied: Thank you for your request. We're investigating the issue and I will get back to you asap. No action is required on your part at this time and I apologize for the delay. After my 3rd request the response was: We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing the tracking number. We had some issues at our European warehouse, but everything has now been resolved, and you will receive the tracking number within 2 days. 4th day has almost passed and I have 0 information about my order. I was a loyal customer, but this is just frustrating. You have to pay double when ordering in EU, and yet after 14(!!!) days after they got your money you end up with nothing. I am not sure what is going on with ModafinilXL, but I’d recommend to search for another vendors, it looks really bad.

Are you serious, you ask for a review, when I placed 3 orders, 2 were held and I’ve yet to receive tracking numbers or confirmation they’ve been reshipped, the third one I paid via bitcoins only to be told they didn’t receive payment and would look into it…only to hear crickets…so after 4-6 weeks I still haven’t received a thing, my latest emails requesting updates were/are being ignored….you’ve completely lost me….gone from giving 5 star reviews to wanting to give a minus 5 star rating

I spoke with a rep, that was reall rude and condescending. Wanted to argue. I pay good money for this product. I shouldn't have to go through any grief on the phone with a representative about the product I'm paying for and when it will be delivered and what I was told by another representative.

Every order is a hassle of phone calls to to confirm and then payment info every time. I did not receive anything. The shipping is way to expensive the product does not as good as advertised and the price is gouging. I never received my second package too!

Order with local RoyalMail delivery in UK it said that local delivery, for which I paid extra, would take 5-7 business days. Order was accepted. Already been a week and the status of the tracking number says it’s still not valid. Tried contacting support and got nothing back. I’m starting to wonder if ModafinilXL is a scam and all the other reviews are fake. Will keep updating this post if anything changes, or if I receive my package but I highly doubt it considering all the order 1 star reviews My order number 367626M

Not to happy with this site or coustmer service. I still can't track my package. This the message i get 🛫 We Have Shipped Your MXL Order #366323M but when I go to track it on USPS it says label created, not yet in the system. I really was hoping this was a legit site. So far not good at all.

Have been trying to reach them for several days and all I get are bots. I put in an order on the 31st of last month and I have no proof it has ever left Singapore. Do you honestly think it's going to get here within the 30 day mark. I've posted several reviews on here as it seems the only way to get their attention. Check out my tracking info: LE705298523SE. All I get for responses, when I get them is the "Yes your item is poorly tracked but...". They get you to leave good reviews but promising you more product. I did that the first time and my order came within 15 days. I understand it's from the otherside of the planet but I have had absolutely no proof it has left India or Singapore or wherever. Only on the 20th did it say something about forwarded from Singapore because I blasted them with emails finally about the 30 day policy. I am furious. You can see by my tracking information why. It can be looked at on linexsolutions.com. I have been brushed off the entire way.

I wanted to include this little tidbit from your shipping FAQ page: "Our shipping process is focused more on ease of your packages traveling through the postal systems, than overall speed. One well-sent package that does not need to be re-shipped will almost always arrive sooner than one that has swiftly moved through the postal system. If your order is ever stopped for more than 15 business days, we will send a free reshipment. This is not automatic, please contact us." My shipment has not moved for 17 days at all. You've ignored my replies and my two reviews on here by sending each review the same exact copy and paste answer. I have had no update showing you even sent it out. This is not OK. The product that was from the US was great. Late but great. The rest of the order was not correct & shipped late. I will say customer service was OK. They sent me daily responses as to how it would be resolved. They attempted to resolve it so that was good. This is my 6th order, and most likely my last

Their delivery time is a scam. They genuinely take like 2-3, sometimes 4 weeks to ship, even when it should be the 1-2 days from paying extra. They didn't give me tracking for the first 10 days of that 3 week wait. BE WARNED ANYONE. ON GOD. I think half the reviews here are fake/botted by the company. I should have listened to the overwhelming 1 star reviews on this page that they are trying to bury. Read how there's like 10 reviews all complaining about how the shipping is a scam and then how they just try to give extra pills (that don't equate in value to the shipping amount). Do not use this service. They are robbing people in daylight.

I ordered 120 pills of modafinilXL and paid an extra $100 for the 1-2 day shipping (US to US). The next day, I get an email saying that 1-2 day shipping won't happen (and it'll be 3-4 minimum, possibly longer) and that my $100 cannot be refunded. As someone who needs the modafinilXL within 1-2 days, this is very disappointing as I chose this company thinking they could deliver on their promises. But it seems as other reviews have said that it does not come on time. And even worse, I am now worried that the pills may be placebo or have no effect (will now have to wait the 3-7 days to test this). I am very unhappy with this service. And judging by other comments in this thread, people are saying it is common that the 1-2 day shipping is a scam and they instead take 2-3 weeks or some crazy amount of time. People need to be aware of this scam - do not buy from here until they resolve this!!!

I am currently studying for my MCAT and paid $120 in shipping for $250 worth of drugs. I wake up and hear all of a sudden they cannot fulfill overnight orders for US domestic, "order not being available for immediate dispatch via the overnight USPS Priority Mail Express service." When I received this email they just gave me 30 more pills which is worth less then the shipping I originally paid for (wtf). If you are unable to fulfill the shipping I paid for I would want a refund.

Terrible service. It takes ages for them to ship the product. the customer service is just a disaster. All their answers are vague and mostly copy-pasted from their website. After 3 weeks I still have not received my product. the USPS status does not update and says international transit for over a week now. I guess they sent by the cheapest possible mail instead of express 7 days delivery as promised. egregious. I doubt they have even sent anything.
