Have been trying to reach them for several days and all I get are bots. I put in an order on the 31st of last month and I have no proof it has ever left Singapore. Do you honestly think it's going to get here within the 30 day mark. I've posted several reviews on here as it seems the only way to get their attention. Check out my tracking info: LE705298523SE. All I get for responses, when I get them is the "Yes your item is poorly tracked but...". They get you to leave good reviews but promising you more product. I did that the first time and my order came within 15 days. I understand it's from the otherside of the planet but I have had absolutely no proof it has left India or Singapore or wherever. Only on the 20th did it say something about forwarded from Singapore because I blasted them with emails finally about the 30 day policy. I am furious. You can see by my tracking information why.
