Terrible service. It takes ages for them to ship the product.
the customer service is just a disaster.
All their answers are vague and mostly copy-pasted from their website.
After 3 weeks I still have not received my product. the USPS status does not update and says international transit for over a week now. I guess they sent by the cheapest possible mail instead of express 7 days delivery as promised. egregious.
I doubt they have even sent anything.
