Over 6 weeks, and the package has not arrived. Customer service has been extremely slow and unhelpful with their responses. It seems like they are AI generated.
Turns out they didn't even put in a zip code onto the package, which is why it has never arrived.
I'll gladly update my review if the issue is rectified.
