Not sure if there’s been changes recently, but they have been slacking in terms of communication and willingness to fix their mistakes.
They used to have fast response times, fast delivery times, and accurate tracking. None of that is true anymore.
It’s sad to see. My order prices used to be higher but due to the uncertainty, I’ve cut it in half. Great customer service and smooth process goes along way.
Whatever corners they might be cutting can’t be worth losing customers or total purchase price decreasing.
