“Modafinil and other items I have purchased from ModafinilXL have really helped me. I did a lot of research on modafinil and all the other products so I did not take this step lightly. It has helped me be more alert while sat at a computer for work and stopped the tiredness. There’s no rush or buzz you just feel awake which for a menopausal middle aged woman this is needed! I have been ordering from ModafinilXL for over two years and it has only been recently that I had a problem with one order. Unfortunately it was delivered elsewhere but another was quickly dispatched and throughout my email moans the customer service team have always tried to be helpful and polite. I would say give yourself a good 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on where you live. So if the products do help and you want to order more in the future give yourself time for delivery to when you need more this will stop frustration and disappointment. I’m taking breaks in between as even though it is proved not to be addictive I don’t want it to become a habit for myself or thinking my body depends on it but everyone is different. I do not want to say to everyone go for it as I do not know what medicines you might be on or your health so if you know how well you are like myself then I have been very happy purchasing from ModafinilXL.”

“I also have a list of emails with a tracking number that never shipped. I ignored the negative reviews, but I will warn you that my experience has been identical to the others, and you are taking a risk by attempting this company. I have not received my order in a month, nor do I have a tracking number for any products that appear to be on their way.”

“Sent 275$ for my regular meds but they kept but got no confirmation. I reached out to them 4 times and they offered a verbatim canned response every time. Finally they told me that I had sent to wrong btc address. My Bitcoin wallet has this address programmed in under their btc tag so it was clear that that they had changed the address which happens frequently for them to avoid detection. I went to my blockchain experts with screenshots etc and they all told me that even if I put in a later addresses they can easily pick up the payment from blockchain but no matter how many times I sent the info they sent the same canned message without reading mine. It's too bad. This organization has been pretty reliable but they lost a valuable customer and I lost a decent supplier. If they would just take the time, it could have been avoided.”

“Order seized, then they "reshipped" and it's been a week and the tracking number isn't in the system yet. If you don't give them a good review they will not send your product. Scumbags screwed me out of $300 I have been waiting 2 months now and now they won't respond to me. I OWN A SUCCESSFUL TECH COMPANY, I AM NOT SOME LOSER THAT DOESNT KNOW HOW THINGS WORK - THESE PEOPLE REALLY JUST STOLE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FROM ME”

“the company is awesome, their products are very helpful. i have noticed they arent as strong as they used to be when i ordered a few years ago. also, of course, we would love for the overseas process to be easier and get here within days, but we don't have that option. “Very reliable. Using for 3 yrs. Always respond to customer service inquiries within reasonable time frame (1 to 2 days) As established customer I feel direct emails to your contact is faster and they get to know you better. They take their business and service to you professionally, responsibly and value you as repeat customer. Pay attention and proceed accordingly when they have specific directions to take with your order payments and your banking, wording to use, be responsible on your end etc... to keep this type of service available to all. Also, they honor customer loyalty. Any rare issues are worked out so as you are not left at a loss they are fair. Have been using US to US because I do not want to be bothered by issues of overseas delivery process, the unavoidable steps packages must follow. Yes it is more expensive US to US but well worth it to me. Only rare occasions this method delayed a day or 2. Remember the number of days stated for delivery begins when it' shipped, one must be realistic about this process. They need to ship in manner most cost effective so if it means it must wait 2 days before it is shipped you may say well it took 5 to 6 days but as I said before, one must be realistic. Far better than waiting 1/2 a month to a full month for overseas with question where is package in the customs process, no thank you on this for me.”

“Quality product, actually i was surprised that it worked so well. Comunication with customer service was a bit slow, but they even managed to correct my order mistake. I highly recommend this store. The only thing i'm not satisfied with is the extra cost for shipping in EU and for Pay pal payment (cost me all together more then 100 EUR for these fees).”
