Ordered 12/17, product was seized. Reshipment was sent 5 weeks ago still have no tracking or package. Tried to reset password on website with no email ever recieved to do that. I have sent two emails asking for an update with zero response. This is not the norm for this company which makes it more disappointing. Will change my review if communications start back up but very different then past dealings for sure.
