Well usually I’d give 5 stars for this company as they are usually incredibly consistent and responsive! Very little confusion and often things go incredibly smoothly. However my last two orders have been strange, the first one I got the wrong shipping number for my order but still ended up getting my order even though I didn’t have the right shipping information. Now the second one I ordered was initially going well. I made payment as usual and put my shipping info in and I got a tracking number for my order and then it got delivered to the wrong state. And there’s now no record of my order and it shows as delivered but it’s not been delivered to me and there’s no sign of my order or if my order even exists unfortunately. I’m frustrated because now I have no clue when or if I can’t expect my order to come.
