To be 100% honest I drink A LOT of coffee so I didn't really notice any difference but I have only tried them once , I took 1.5 but I didn't have any groggy ness when I woke in the morning. No major headache or any side effects. I will take a couple more later without coffee and see if I can tell the difference. And update my review. So for now two thumbs up , so far so good.
