I have had my Moda garden furniture for nearly 6 years. One of the chairs and the table deteriorated last summer. When I made a claim under warrenty this February Lisa in support was quick to deal with the case under warranty. No questions asked. I had to wait a month for new stock but it was delivered promptly and without fuss by Leon and John who took the faulty items back. Lisa mentioned there might be a slight difference in colour due to sun damage but I can't tell the difference which bodes well for the general long term durability of the items.
