I ordered 8 Aston chairs "pink" during lockdown . They held them in stock for me for several weeks as I had ordered a table from Italy and didn't want the chairs until the table arrived. I asked Moda to deliver the chairs as I was told my table was on the way. Moda brought the chairs and Alex and Lewis unpacked them screwed on the legs as I had the platinum service and brought them into the house for me and put them in situ. The delivery men were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The chairs are beautiful but look much bigger than I anticipated. I rang Moda the next day to explain my table still hadn't arrived and until it did I couldn't tell if the chairs would fit. Jo in Customer Services was so helpful and explained I had a 30 day cooling off period in which time my table should have arrived. Jo told me that if the chairs were too big I wasn't to worry as I could send them back with the delivery for a modula Halo set I have also bought which hasn't arrived yet. I was so pleased as I had a sleepless night on Monday when the chairs were delivered as I thought I would have to keep them and they may be too large. The chairs do look lovely but the seats are very hard. I will definitely buy from Moda again and I am looking forward to the arrival of my ratten modula halo 2N with dining table. I would definitely recommend the platinum service as the furniture is well made and very heavy.
