Very helpful on the phone but yet to see the furniture as we have done everything online so we cannot really give a full review. However Stephanie sourced exactly what we required, sent emails and found a set that had a much shorter time for delivery. And seems to fit our requirements perfectly Today, the lady I dealt with was just as helpful and very pleasant.
