I contacted Moda to purchase some outdoor furniture and was told I would receive an email to confirm my purchase. I have not received this despite calling up and leaving a message asking to be contacted. The money has come out of my account but I have not received a confirmation of my order so that I can check it is correct.
I would be grateful if this could be rectified please.
