I have bought 3 separate sets over the years and have always been extremely happy with the quality. Had an issue with a storage box which was quickly resolved by customer services, with a replacement box received within a week. The chaps Lewis and Damien B delivered and assembled the box today, and were great! They even offered to transfer all my cushions into the new box! Gold star customer service!
